Incorporated in Malaysia on 29 January 2002, PLUS Expressways
Berhad (PLUS Expressways) made its debut on the Main Board
of Bursa Malaysia on 17 July 2002.
PLUS Expressways is involved in investment holding and
the provision of expressway operation services. PLUS Expressways
wholly owns Projek Lebuhraya Utara-Selatan Berhad, Expressway
Lingkaran Tengah Sdn Bhd, Linkedua (Malaysia) Berhad,
Konsortium Lebuhraya Butterworth-Kulim (KLBK) Sdn Bhd
and is a substantial shareholder of PLUS BKSP Toll Limited
and PT Lintas Marga Sedaya.
